Wedding Time again!

This is the time of the year when many people are getting married and are looking for the perfect wedding cake. Cupcakes are still the big trend this year. They are convenient and yummy. You can choose from many different flavors and the servings are already proportioned out. We not only provide cupcakes, but we also can provide a mini cake for the bride and groom to cut and keep for their first anniversary.

These cupcakes were done for a client at The Crest Center in Asheville, NC. It is a beautiful location for a wedding as well as any memorable event!

March Of Dimes

This year TART Cake and Pastry was proud to support March of Dimes! Mission Hospital had a bake sale to raise funds for March of Dimes. We were blessed with the opportunity to make these cupcakes to help give babies a chance at a long, healthy life.

Happy Valentines Day

It is that time of year again. Valentines day is a day for sweet treats for your sweetheart! This year we are celebrating the classic Red Velvet Cake with a sweet Vanilla Cream Cheese Icing. These mini cakes are topped with tiny sweet kisses.

Fondant and Fun

It's amazing that with a few simple tools and "sugar play-doh" or fondant, a yummy cake can be transformed.

 

 

 

Twilight inspired cake for a birthday party. It was Red Velvet cake with Cream Cheese Icing. Topped with fondant and hand pained with fondant details.

 

Steak cake with a baked potato and edible salad. Everything is edible minus the A1. 

 

 

This cake was designed with a car theme for a surprise 30th birthday party. The cake consisted of dark chocolate cake with ganache filling and chocolate buttercream and completed with fondant detail.

Bright and Bold!

  

These were designed for a 50th Birthday celebration. The cake is strawberry with a strawberry-vanilla buttercream. The decoration is hand panted zebra print on gum paste discs. 

 

This is a cake in a similar design to the cupcakes.

This display was a mix of yummy Rich Red Velvet with Cream Cheese Icing, Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Ganache filling and chocolate buttercream, and the famous Almond Vanilla Cake with Almost Buttercream. These fun cupcakes were vanilla tie-dye with chocolate buttercream and vanilla buttercream. Yummy and so much fun to look at! All decorations were made by hand with fondant.
